By accepting these terms, you agree that:

1) Payment:
• A non-refundable enrolment deposit is required to secure your place in a workshop; and
• The remaining balance or full payment of workshop fees is required prior to commencement of your enrolled workshop;
• Bling Em Claws Pty Limited trading as Nail Boss Academy [NBA] offers Payment Plans, Zippay and Afterpay to assist with payment of your workshop *(T&Cs apply).

2) Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling:
• NBA reserves the right to revoke any participant's request for enrolment and refuse service at any time for any reason;
• Enrolments are non-transferable to other workshops or other persons, but if unforeseen events mean that you cannot attend the enrolled workshop NBA may (at its complete discretion) give you credit toward another workshop. Credit must be used within 6 months of the date of enrolment or will automatically expire;
• If you wish to withdraw from your enrolled workshop, a $500 fee will not be refunded. You will be entitled to a refund of other amounts you have paid depending on when you notify NBA that you have decided to withdraw;
o 4 or more weeks before the booked workshop date: refund of all amounts other than your non-refundable deposit;
o 2-4 weeks before the booked workshop date: refund of 50% of all amounts other than your non-refundable deposit; and
o Less than two weeks before the booked workshop date: no refund.
• NBA reserves the right to cancel your workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (for example illness or global pandemic). If your workshop is cancelled by NBA, you will be offered the option to reschedule.

3) Waiver of Liability
• You have voluntarily chosen to participate in the enrolled workshop, which inherently carries with it a risk of exposure to potentially harmful chemicals or infection from other participants.;
• You engage in the workshop at your own risk;
• NBA will provide you with access to its knowledge and experience but does not guarantee Your learning outcome. Your learning outcome will be Your responsibility through Your commitment, Your practice and Your completion of tasks and activities as outlined in the workshop;
• You are solely responsible for Your work with Your customers and determining whether a treatment is safe and suitable for Your customers.
• NBA is not a medical care provider and information given to you by NBA is not medical advice. Advice regarding nail or hand health should be obtained from medical professionals;
• NBA has taken reasonable steps to ascertain the safety of any products used in the workshops, but does not and cannot warrant their contents or suitability for use by you;
• NBA cannot and does not guarantee the outcome of any procedures, processes or products. You will satisfy yourself that those procedures, processes or products are right for you;
• You release NBA from all liability for any damage to your property or personal injury resulting from your participation in the workshop or use of any products supplied to you by NBA.

4) Intellectual Property
• By participating in a workshop, you provide permission for NBA to record your participation via photographic, video, audio or other means and you authorise the use or reproduction of any image/recording for the purposes of publishing and online materials related to NBA’s activities and services without acknowledgment and without being entitled to remuneration or compensation.
• No other recording (whether photographic, video or audio) is allowed during NBA workshops except with NBA’s express written permission;
• All workshop content and recordings belong to NBA and are protected by The Australian Copyright Act. All rights are reserved;
• NBA owns and retains the copyright and other intellectual property rights including but not limited to all documents, handouts and any materials posted on our website and social media;
• Except as permitted by the copyright law applicable to you, you may not reproduce or communicate any of the above-mentioned material, including files downloadable from our website, without the permission of the copyright owner; and
• NBA may receive compensation for the use of their content by any private organisation or educational institutions and governments.

5) General Conditions
• You are required to inform NBA within 7 days if your contact details has been changed since enrolment, including but not limited to your email, phone number and address; and
• You need to be 16 year old and older to enrol into our workshops. In the event that you are under 16 year old, your parent/guardian will need to accept this Agreement on behalf of you.
